Who We Are

Education leadership, influence & expertise

Malo – that’s me,  Laurayne Tafa,  I’m the SheEO behind TafaEd!

You may be asking who is “we”, I come with a wide and impressive network that I draw into the mahi – no one ever walks alone!

I firmly believe that this mahi matters! Supporting leaders to lead teacher learning.

What matters the most is creating a highly performing culture around pedagogy and curriculum development, and monitoring and evaluating effectiveness and impact, which must include important conversations around race, power, and privilege.

My approach draws on evidence-based research, where together we apply a deep current practice analysis inquiry – this methodology consistently leads to profound self-awareness, significant knowledge-building, insightful learning, and constructive challenges.

The goal is always inspiring bold leadership in a generous spirit, reminding us of our agency and capability, motivating us all to lift our gaze and elevate our game towards educational excellence and equity.

Why wouldn’t we do more for some  when we know everyone  benefits!
